Tyler Johnson is a Guitarist and Songwriter based in Victoria, British Columbia. He was inspired to pick up the guitar after hearing his father's record collection at the age of 12. Tyler's first experience in the music scene was in 2012 in Edmonton, Alberta. Since then he has performed with multiple artists and bands as a front man and sideman. Currently, Tyler can be seen performing in a local band ("Second Fiddle") and as well as solo-artist in Victoria, BC. Having an eclectic taste in music Tyler draws influence from various genres and has spent many years as a pub & lounge musician playing anything from Folk, Rock, Blues, Country, Celtic, Traditional, Pop etc. His upcoming album "Songs For Everyone" will be released on August 31,2023 and was recorded at Neighborhood Recorders by Musician, Engineer and Producer Leeroy Stagger in Victoria, BC.
