Scale Model: Unsigned BC Attends a Music Video Release Party by SIESKI
Unsigned BC is thrilled to attend this event that has been three years in the making.
Taking place at a 2,000 square-foot, eclectic art space in Chinatown called Doris Land, SIESKI will transport you to the inner workings of her mind inside a monochromatic dollhouse.
Using a replica scale model that was crafted from her real-life apartment, SIESKI’s latest video contextualizes the landscape of the brain as it relates to the sensation of negative thought patterns. Within the stark, white walls of the space, SIESKI cycles through repetitive movements, establishing a sense of claustrophobia, and a desire to break free from mundane rhythms.
In addition to SIESKI, you will be treated to the works of guest artists Silent St. J and DANI YOUR DARLING.

SIESKI
SIESKI is a Vancouver-based performer and multi-disciplinary artist. She is also a friend of the show. Her song “Lady Deity” received positive feedback from listeners when featured on the program.
Silent St. j
Singer/Songwriter Silent St. j, perfectly marries Alternative Folk and soulful vocals creating an emotional resonance with her music. She has the ability to enchant her listeners with honest and captivating lyrics and hauntingly soothing vocals. Silent St. j sparks a sense of wonder in the hearts of any audience, taking them on a journey through the liminal spaces of her mind.
As a child, Silent St. j often spent her time lost in the depths of her thoughts and the vastness of her emotions. Inspired by cinema, she would imagine herself within narratives that would echo her reality. She began writing songs as a means to accompany the surreal movies that were playing in the back of her mind. To this day Silent St. j continues to use this method to create her music, drawing inspiration from both TV & film, and especially her dreams. By blending her introspective lyrics, gentle guitar picking, and a voice of velvet, Silent St. j invokes a hypnotic ambience to produce her cinematic songs.
DANI YOUR DARLING
Dani (they/xe), otherwise known as @daniyourdarling on instagram and DANI YOUR DARLING on all streaming platforms is a self taught multidisciplinary artist that utilizes mediums such as photography, painting, producing, poetry, drawing, digital art, singing, songwriting, and creative directing.
